I love this podcast
I love this podcast. It’s incredibly eye opening hearing how much our brains may ‘fail’ us or ‘falter’ to emotions and assumptions that are not only no longer helpful, but can be extremely detrimental and restrictive. Kate does such a great job of explain the how, why and what and outlining some simple tips to give us a better hope of recruiting our thoughts and beliefs to work with us, rather than against us. Cannot rate this highly enough 🙌🏻
