On The Pass
Listening to the episodes I realized how passionate the interviewer and the guest are about their respective professions. I personally learned many things from each of the interviews in regards to restaurants, food, wine and how to start a company. I interviewer made the interviews flow smoothly by his tone and rhythm in his voice. You can tell in each interview that each party connected with each other to bring out the best of each other and their specialty. I look forward to more podcasts in the future. Mateo

Listened to the latest one this morning. Hooked. Now, I’m listening to the first ones and it’s crazy that I didn’t subscribe sooner. What I love about this how deep, diverse, yet focused the episodes are. Discussions that carry the same depth we have in the food and beverage industry. Solid!
