“I have been an avid listener of Kim's podcasts for the past six months. I was contemplating attending one of her salons earlier in the year, but I couldn't put my finger on why I hesitated.
Recently, Kim publicly criticized a woman on her social media platform for using her catchphrase unknowingly. I felt that she could have addressed the situation more appropriately without resorting to name-calling. This behavior is unacceptable and not something I want to support with my hard-earned money. As a result, I'm grateful that I didn't commit over $1000 to one of her classes and have pinpointed my hesitation.
As women, it's crucial that we treat each other with respect and kindness. I'm sharing my experience so that others who may feel the same way but can't quite articulate it will know that they are not alone.
Have since unfollowed her instagram and will be now unfollowing her podcast.
