Have listened to many podcasts in this genre and this is really very good - clear, informative, relatable, knowledgeable, well-thoughtful out, lots of ‘how to work through things/heal’ tips, lovely and calm to listen to. There's nothing else quite like it that I’ve found, quite unique. The...Read full review »

Patrick’s lived experience informs his practice and his explanations of relationship dynamics are easily understood. Also, shout out to his sense of humor, which is necessary at times to counteract the heaviness of the subject matter. If you grew up in a hostile environment where you couldn’t win...Read full review »

I’ve been following Patrick for a year now. I never knew that what I went through as a child was trauma & abuse. Patrick had helped me heal and seek a therapist that had been empowering. I appreciate the work Patrick does and his learned experience as well. He has understanding and compassion.

This guy really knows his stuff. He’s full of compassion and understanding from a personal place, not just an academic place. He’s the man you wish was your father, brother, husband, uncles, grandpa all rolled into one.

Patrick, this is so great, thank you for sharing. I grew up playing our family piano (which is now my job), as the child of two parents struggling in their own ways. Music was my first real path to my own healing and is filled with so much meaning. Your ability to model healing, articulate...Read full review »

Patrick, I am not sure what word to use to describe a feeling of knowing and somehow feeling seen. The closest I can find is the word “simpatico” to describe what it is like listening to someone so open, kind, and authentic. Our stories are similar but not the same, yet, listening to your story...Read full review »

Thank you for sharing this story. My mom sold my childhood home when I was 18 (my parents divorced when I was 11) and she allowed people to kind discard everything in the house without asking me or my sisters if we wanted anything. As a result we lost about a dozen home videos from our early...Read full review »
