My Authentic Review
This podcast is the most tangible and helpful one I've ever come across when it comes to moving through life's challenges and emotional hurdles. I have struggled for years with "my story", self-esteem/self-worth issues, not feeling free to show up authentically in life and especially in relationships, unable to cultivate deep relationships, suppression of emotions, meeting othiers’ expectations, self-criticism and judgment, not loving myself, guilt, depression, not asking for what I want, accepting the victim role, and a deep fear of rejection for most of my life. I am very self-aware and have for many years been trying to "work on myself" or better myself. This podcast as well as Christine's book, "Expectation Hangover", came into my life at exactly the right time when my own biggest expectation hangover ever occurred two weeks ago. With the help of Christine's wisdom, I am in the process of shifting my inner world to one of self-acceptance, self-love, healing, self-empowerment, and authenticity as well as connectedness with God, my Source of Love. Nothing has ever resonated with me the way Christine's perspective and thought-/emotion-provoking questions have. In each episode and throughout her book are journaling and experiential exercises that serve to help the listener or reader let go of self-judgment, move into self-acceptance, heal core love wounds, and enter into a space where you can give yourself what you've been seeking externally. This has been an emotional, joyful, and healing experience that has already started to bring me a sense of peace, compassion, forgiveness, and love for others (especially those who I've felt hurt by) and for myself most importantly. I often haven't followed through on other programs I've tried or books I've started to read, but Christine's work is exactly what I needed to heal my love wounds and continue to grow on my spiritual journey. I am so grateful for this help during my Expectation Hangover and am able to see that this experience has happened FOR me, not TO me, as have many other experiences in my life. I cannot thank you enough, Christine, and am very committed to continuing this healing process and spiritual growth. Many blessings to you.Read full review »
