When I tried to quit alcohol and realised how difficult it was Over the Influence became a lifeline to keeping me on track and feeling like I wasn’t the odd one out. Shaz and Ben bring inspiration, motivation and validation to AF living and they have been instrumental in my journey to sobriety. This podcast brings honesty and humour to AF life and has taught me that there is another way. Shaz and Ben have a unique chemistry and their positivity is infectious. Having listened to many many alcohol free podcasts OTI was the one I kept coming back to. In my humble opinion IT IS the best there is.”
