“I absolutely love this podcast. Very down to earth, funny and not at all preachy. Definitely worth a listen if you are sober curious. The podcast has made me realise how much fun an AF life can be and that a booze free life isn’t depriving yourself. I have always considered myself a moderate drinker as a Mum of two little ones but found myself drinking every weekend and waking up feeling a bit anxious and fuzzy each time. I am now on my FOURTH AF weekend and my life is already happier. I am also a more patient and present parent as I am not waking up with a low level hangover each weekend.”

“Love the easy way Shazza and Ben chat with the guests, the variety of guests is great too, from “sober professionals” to the everyday man and woman. Not a big fan of the Young & Sober episodes, but maybe that me just showing my age at 39 😂”
