Pat Novak is old time radio at its best. Harder than hard boil. The language is as quick as a machine gun, and just as cold hearted. Yet, somehow Pat seems like a good guy, despite the lack of evidence he leaves behind on the lonely and cynical streets of San Francisco. The host, Adam Graham,...Read full review »

I really enjoy the episodes AND the host's insights and historical info. If Mr Graham's commentary becomes irritating to you, a few seconds on the ff button should solve that problem. ;-}Read full review »

Being a San Francisco area native, I really, really love the Pat Novak series. I also really dig the insights and behind the scenes commentary Adam brings to the show. His voice definitely has a twang to it. I dig that too.

These episodes are very diverse so I get to hear all of the old time detectives. Not so much mayhem as todays tv detectives, love the plots especially Johnny Dollar, Nero...Read full review »
