ITB pain with Luke Nelson

Description
Welcome to the podcast! Episode 99 is an interview with Luke Nelson, chiropractor at Health and high Performance. In this episode we discuss ITB syndrome. ITB syndrome tends to be a common new runner’s injury but is not only limited to beginner runners. Plenty of experienced runners have to deal with this, especially those of us who love getting out in the hills! In this podcast we discuss how to deal with this very annoying condition. When I was a new runner I made the classic mistake of upping my mileage too quickly and succumbed to ITB syndrome and was promptly told by my specialist at the time to take 6 months off running!! No such advice here; Luke gives you realistic advice, but as always we both advocate for seeing a specialist to have the condition diagnosed so you know exactly what you are dealing with!
