Question: When in the fasting period, what else does he change to his daily routine? Does he continue to work out as the same intensity, less intensity or not at all?
Question: What is the best way to come off a fasting period? Resume eating as usual, liquids or soft foods only, or consume high carb foods to replace lost fats?
