Interviews with questions that I care about
Steve Levitt is a hugely unique interviewer - he asks questions that tend to be (beneficially) different that anyone else. He’ll also push back a bit more on a guest that gives a fluffy answer. Often in the podcast landscape, if you’ve heard a guest interviewed on one podcast, you can skip their interviews on other podcasts. Not here. The marginal value of Steve’s interview for a given guest is dramatically higher than any other podcast out there! Looking for a recent entry point? Episodes 51 and 52 with Max Tegmark are particular bangers.
