Listen now
Description

I share an exercise to help you bring awareness to the thoughts you have on repeat that aren’t serving you. Learn how to turn down the volume on your inner critic and turn up the volume on your inner cheerleader.   Get full show notes and more information here: https://www.maisiehill.com/163
