I recently discovered your podcast and have really enjoyed listening to so many episodes! I am currently struggling with severe hand pain and carpal tunnel pain in both arms. I have been on the AIP diet for a few years now, but still struggle and think that I need to see a rheumatologist.

I’m thrilled to discover your podcast. Thank you for creating such useful content. I made the sardine recipe today and it was delicious—like a tuna salad. I need snack idea on AIP and I’m excited to include a different oily fish in my culinary routine.

Enjoyed this podcast until Eileen had Shauna Ahern as a guest. Really bad judgment to give Ahern a platform and treat her like an expert when Ahern has no education/credentials in the things she talks about.
