“I started using Steve’s mixes to run to years ago and sadly due to a serious illness, had to give it up. I’ve just started back and the most exciting thing about being well enough to train again, was having a reason to listen to Steve’s mixes again. I know they are made for running, but I find the lower BPM mixes just as motivating for weight training too. They keep me focussed on an even pace and keep me motivated to limit rest to “just enough” between sets.
