“Nick Robinson helps me to feel that I "get" the multiple strands of thought in current political events. His 'co conversationalists' appear to be comfortable with diplomatic but probing testing of their beliefs to whichever segment of the political spectrum they subscribe. The participants seem to be opinion formers from the broadest possible scope of political ideas, not the standard, safe pairs of hands offered up by party machines to the Radio 4 Today programme to avoid answering questions. Perhaps helping me to be too lazy in my own efforts to research political thinking by other means. “Love this podcast - I started with Osbourne’s interview of Nick and was gripped. Now working through the previous episodes, they are all great to listen to. Light hearted they often show a different side to well known politicians.”
