Had the opportunity to be a guest and Andres is a phenomenal interviewer. Although we’ve never met in person, he truly feels like a friend and is really good at asking thoughtful questions. Looking forward to going through the older podcasts of my old book friends!

Every time I listen to this podcast, I feel like I’m eavesdropping on a conversation with super sharp people discussing really cool, stuff! There are times when I kind of zone out and forget it’s a podcast and want to jump in and ask a question, lol. So whether you sold books for Southwestern,...Read full review »

Andres, this is amazing! It is fun to talk about the old days selling books door to door. As an alumni we always seem to have a strong connection with other book folks. This is a great platform to share our stories on and off the book field. Amazing to listen to and be part of it! Thanks!

I joined this podcast as a guest and Andres does such an incredible job making the experience about you. There are so many podcasters that turn their show and their interviews into plugs for themselves and their life (cough cough Bert Kreischer cough cough). Having time to talk about myself and...Read full review »

You’ll find yourself grinning ear to ear while listening to alumni recount their stories from the book field. The best way to reminisce on the forgotten skills, stories, and blessings the Southwestern program has given to you. 🫶🏻

I love the pony tales podcast. It’s got all the right elements: hilarious stories, life lessons, and enough humor to keep things interesting. Reminds me a lot of the Joe Rogan podcast.

I have Sold books for 6 summers. I had my highs and lows. This podcast really gives a great insight on people who went through it and how is life going now. I didn’t even sell books and find this podcast hilarious and empowering. Throughout the episodes they do a great job of filling you in on the lingo of SW, and that’s helpful for someone like me outside of the org. I think there’s nuggets of wisdom in each episode for everyone.
amykay08 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/23/21
The SW experience is truly life changing and reviewing the memories of those summers, even 25 years later, proves how impactful it was. Nick and Andres do a great job of pulling out the fun, the significance, and the toil that is the SW summer internship. Great job guys! I’ll keep listening.
