Hey April, How can a PMM influence Sales and Product to change their product mindset if the company was built and has been running for 20 years because the product has been successful and only recently has seen any competition? Bringing data to the table is not enough, especially to contrast sales gut feelings and anecdotal experience about what worked well in the past
