In today's pregnancy JSJ meditation, I practice the JSJ flow called the stomach function energy flow. This is a JSJ flow that helps us digest all things both physically and emotionally. This meditation focuses on our breath and connects our breath with our baby belly in a unique visualization. Breath relaxation techniques can be so helpful during pregnancy. Release pregnancy anxiety, worry, and stress with this JSJ self-care hold. When we connect a full and complete exhalation with these self-care holds, we feel more grounded in our bodies, and more connected with baby. I would also practice this many nights before sleep while pregnant to help with pregnancy heartburn as well.
