Thank you and your amazing guests for being so inspiring. My new favourite saying is holding space. It is so true and so important to give to people going through any kind of grief. I love listening to you while I’m out walking and filling my cup 💖

As a fellow podcast host it is refreshing to hear another host that actively listens to there guest and feeds of what they bring to the table instead of trying to force the conversation with canned questions. As for the content the emotional openness is delightful and relatable. You are rocking Kim!

I love listening to these podcasts. They are interesting but also contain a lot of very important and helpful information about living with mental illness and taking care of ourselves in this crazy world. It’s also helping to remove the stigma around mental illness. Recommend a listen!

Love this episode! Mr. Connolly is interesting and fun to listen to. He comes across in the interview as a genuine and nice guy. Wish he would do more of these full length episodes with Action Park Media. Thanks for asking him some great questions and not stepping on all his answers!
