I thought this was great. I have been a fan of all of Jane Austen's books for ages and I thought the reader really captured the voices well. I can see the characters in my head talking to one another.

Jane Austen is one of my favorite authors and I was happy to find this podcast. Overall, the reading was enjoyable, but I was somewhat annoyed by the fact that Ms. Bingley and Mrs. Hurst sounded as if they had French accents with lisps.Read full review »

This is an excellent reading, except for the reader's voice of Caroline Bingley. She has a strange lisp for her that makes her sound uncouth -- very unlike Miss Bingley. But otherwise, a delightful and enjoyable reading of the text -- I am hoping for Emma and Sense and Sensibility soon!!Read full review »
