What a disappointment.
Why on earth would Miss Bingley and her sister have severe speech impediments? It really does take away from the reader (or listener)'s enjoyment of these villainous characters, as one instead is distracted from the characters and cringes on every syllable as to the podcaster's sensitivity to actual people with speech impediments, which are not a trifle nor are they funny to live with. Mr. Darcy's manners far recommend him over whomever decided that this decision was a good one.Read full review »

This is a great audiobook, and great to hear that it's free. I am thoroughly enjoying listening to it. But the amount of time and effort I've had to pur to reordering this, so that it reads in order, and renaming mislabelled chapters, does not make this podcast the easiest thing to listen to.
