Training out of the Bath Performance Centre, Cam will be part of the British Swimming team at the World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan. Cam shares insights about the challenges and rewards of taper season, the final stage of preparation for competition. He also talks about his intensive training experiences in Australia and how they have prepared him for this summer. Cam discusses his performance at the Sette Colli meet in Rome, where he raced while tired, and how this was an important preparation step for his World Championship taper.
