To whoever is interested in leading a good life!
I don’t usually write a review but as I listened more and more to the podcast, I felt an urge to write about it. First of all, i’d like to thank Dr. Puder for creating such amazing content; Being a psychiatrist is no joke and making time to develop such a channel takes dedication, hard work and real effort so thanks again. The podcast is really out of this world, the content, the guests and Dr. Puder himself, all of it is just amazing. What I admire about it also is how Dr. Puder articulate his thoughts in a great manner and how he also backs everything with scientific data which only makes things even better. And I believe regardless if you’re a mental health professional or not, as a human being aiming for a good life of high quality and great performance you should listen to this podcast because there’s everything in it from A-Z. My favourite episodes are the ones related to Free will. You listen to Dr. Puder with passion while he’s defending the only thing that makes us human. He fights back with well articulated arguments and scientific evidence against each critique. And also as you listen you can feel his energy, he’s a physician searching for the truth and trying to connect the dots and to make sense of everything. We need people like Dr. Puder to stand up against falsehood, to articulte the truth in the best possible way and to share it. Thanks again Dr. Puder! And keep up the great work, the world need it, we need it!
