Although she had her degree in Public Relations & Communications, Donna Siebrasse, Founder of SSR PR Solutions, did not have Panama in her future.  How things change.  It was her marriage that got her there.  After a few years in Panama, and surviving a dictatorship, she recognized an opportunity to present and practice some great American-style PR in Panama City.  With a large influx of American corporations, those opportunities expanded.
