“Melyssa's very first podcast episode came perfectly in time for me to rethink over what kind of online entrepreneur I want to be and the business model or ethic I would pursue. This passed few days, I had been angry and lost for finding the alignment in my pursuit of online entrepreneurship. I discovered that some internet marketeers would have to "cheat" in order to get profitable sales but they still gain a lot of money and status. Their business model defeats my purpose to offer value and of course making profits. You see there are so many online business models that can make us money but we should be focusing on our core goals rather than outer goals, choosing purpose over profits. Ultimately, we will still reach the outer goals if we value our purpose first, that will lead us to have a deeper meaningful and happier life. I would not want to feel regret when I am 90 years old, lying on the death bed reflecting of my miserable past. This episode taught me to ponder about what fires me up in life, who was I, the reason I was born and it takes courage to make a shift. All in all, Melyssa is different from the other successful bloggers who are still chasing outer goals in the rat race, I am blessed for following her blog, Pursuit HQ and now, the podcast series.
