“Last Christmas I received the book. Once I start the read it,I realized that this is exactly what I need to do. My story was all about the help towards others,but the criticism and aswetivity was missing. Obce I asked my team to provide me a feedback,I realized how bad it was. At the same time I feel good that I made it. The first feeling was terrible. But also a big releaf. To hear the team saying hie things as they are. They were pretty detailed and I encouraged them to continue and continue until we were done. I took the actions and after few weeks the radical candor (or openness) start to pay off. I am still encouraging team members to follow it and why.
In fact, we are going to bring the Radical Candor training to our Leadership Development Program which we are running in our center. I can't wait to share it within the group. So excited about it.
