I have found these podcasts to be very helpful.
The episodes are focoused, and the topics are well choosen. I am a nubie to ROR... to programing as a whole to be honest, and I found exactly what I was looking here. My skills have grown exponestially since I found Railscasts, and my head has made far less contact with my keyboard. Cheers

I love this podcast; Subjects are focused and to the point. Railscasts episodes are the only ones that don't get deleted after I watch them. As I'm building a site, it's always nice to review the past episodes and DRY up my code. As a noobie, this podcast is such a time saver.

Spending a lot of time with work (coding Ruby on Rails applications, of course) takes away from time one should also spend on research and learning. Reading web articles can be tedious and takes time as well. I have around 25+ Rails articles in my "To Read" bookmark folder but I never get around...Read full review »
