Amazing!
I would reccomend these to anybody, new to rails or not. I was having real trouble understanding table relationships in databases, but after one quick, concise 30 minute session, I was up and running with my app just the way I had imagined. Do yourself a favour -- watch these tutorials!

Ryan does an excellent job walking you through the Rails approach to real world problems. He does it quickly and effectively with a minimum of fluff.
