A Massive Thanks
As a non-programmer trying to get to grips with Rails, I find these video podcasts invaluable. Their concise nature makes them easy to digest and I always look forward to the next one arriving. Thank you for a great resource, I for one appreciate all your efforts.

More reviews of RailsCasts
I may just be repeating what many others have said but Railscasts is relevant, easily reproducible, with clean audio and video that's easy to see. I'm using content from the multiple checkbox editing in my code right now. Anyone new to Rails should definitely be using this podcast!

Concise, to the point, informative and relevant. Also important, but probably not as often reviewed, the podcasters voice does not grate. (Also, at first glance their sponsor seems quite interesting. This might just be the first time a sponsorship compels me to buy something!)

These screencasts are very nicely done: free, short, and purposeful. Seeing the shortcut keys in the upper right-hand corner of the screen are an added bonus for learning TextMate too.
