“Season 1 was one big extended nostalgia fest between two friends with great comedy chemistry. I don't hand out many 5 star ratings, but Raised By TV earned it by making me break down laughing in public while listening to their speculation about Ninja Turtle genitals. But Season 2 isn't living up to that magic. Remember how they'd re-enact classic "very special episode" scenes with their guests? Those have been replaced with unfunny improv.
