John Parrillo is legendary!
This man changed my life! No one comes close to John’s level of expertise in both nutrition and training. I used to starve myself to get lean and I learned how to build my metabolism through his principles. #mindblown What I find interesting is that the fitness influencers and even science based experts today still focus on the model of calories in calories out -that all you need to do is be in a deficient. In the realm of bodybuilding, there still isn’t enough research to convince the masses of these principles. For me, results speak for themselves. While others are doing hours of cardio and slowing their metabolism with dieting I will life the lean life of training hard, doing cardio, and eating lots of food. I have to admit, I did all the stupid stuff when it came to dieting and competition strategies and nothing came close to his philosophy. I will be forever grateful for John! He’s been a powerful mentor for me. This interview is amazing storytelling of the evolution of learning from failure and experience. 🙏❤️🔥🔥🔥
