Thank you so much, guys! I’ve learned a lot, and have basically made my minimalist training routine based om these podcasts. Squat + bench Mondays and deadlift + overhead press Thursdays and some arm exercises for «dessert», right Marty? If I can manage a third day of training I do deep paused squats, deficit deadlifts, narrow/wide grip bench and behind the neck OP. Great stuff! Cheers, Øystein, Norway
