Kymber Stephenson (she/her) is a Colorado-based dietitian who is especially passionate about disordered eating management and prevention. On this episode, we talk about everything from Kymber’s Shark Tank ideas to her attending culinary school and her work as a culinary dietitian to how she became an eating disorder dietitian. Kymber is focused on educating her clients about the multifaceted ways history, marketing, food systems, culture, psychology, and body image affect health, relationships to food, nutrition and body. She now works with clients to truly fall in love with food again, acknowledging not only its nourishing properties but truly embracing its comfort, tradition and fun.
