“Oh boy, this podcast needs some help. The hosts are no where near a good source for mystery and thriller podcasts. Most of the book discussion involves reading from the back summary from the book. Any book news is just a run down of old news that anybody could find. You will not get any insider scoop. Also, like almost all other Book Riot podcasts, the hosts have a harding time transitioning of topics are knowing when to stop talking about a book. There's a lot of repeated sentenances. And yes, like other reviewers are saying, the 'ums", "you knows" and "likes" is pretty absured compared to most other podcasts. Finally, I know this is picky but one of the hosts pronounces the word "already" as "aldreadly". Listen for it.”Read full review »
