I think it has good potential but I feel like Sophia interrupts her guests a lot and spends most of the time talking about herself/family instead of interviewing the guests. By the end of the episodes I don’t feel like I really know anything about the guest. Maybe that’s just the way the podcast is structured and I am used to more interview style podcasts. I absolutely love this podcast! Sophia feels like a friend and her guest are all really interesting and informative! I also find it quite motivating to eat better and listen to my body!
