The nutrition podcast I’ve been waiting for!
Love Dana’s podcast! I started with episode 12 on food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances and i am currently working my way down all the episodes. It’s scientifique so you really learn and start understanding how things work in your body but she uses imagery, metaphors and breaks it down really nicely. She also does a great job of recapping salient points after each segment (part?) throughout the show. And guess what? She talks like the rest of us; it’s honest, direct, no bs, and yes, she will drop the s* word from time to time but nothing over the top or ear shattering. If anything, it makes it even more authentic because let’s face it; when it comes to the medical/Heath/ nutrition profession, a lot of us are skeptical of advise/ recommendations and it takes time to build trust with that professional. But she makes it pretty easy! Congrats on your new podcast Dana and I cannot wait to listen to more!!

Why is the cussing necessary? It’s a shame too because she actually says a lot I agree with and can relate to, and I know she’s knowledgeable. There’s a time and a place for cussing and I don’t think it belongs in a podcast about being healthy.
