Worth it even in just 1 episode
I’ve listened to several episodes of Dana’s podcasts at this point (I’m a bit of a latecomer!) but holy cow, episode 42 about Food Freedom ALONE would be good reason to keep coming back to this podcast. Dana, I feel like I’m going to need that episode in my life at least once a week so that I can remember to keep making sustainable choices! So much great info is presented in this podcast series, with the science to back it up, but presented in a really clear and approachable way (with a dash of Potter wizardry to spice things up on occasion!). As someone who has struggled since childhood with [what I only recently discovered are] autoimmune issues, disordered eating, and a plethora of other yet-undiagnosed but interrelated systemic issues (Adrenal fatigue? Leaky gut? Buehler?), there are so many nuggets of wisdom here from someone (Dana) who GETS it and can help me, and you, to live a more healthy, holistic life with—key word—realistic steps. This isn’t a rah-rah-everything’s-perfect-look-at-my-curated-Instagram-full-of-bougie-unattainable-wellness show; it’s for the everyperson!

I chimed into this podcast from Dana’s IG story about why she’s quitting Whole30. Episode 56 was spot on. I feel like she hit every mark on the downsides of Whole30 and what it’s really like in life post-Whole 30. Awesome info that needs be shared from an insider perspective!

Thanks Dana! The podcast on your decision to step back from Whole30 was great and got me really thinking about what I want and where I want to be with my relationship with food. I appreciate it!
