Thank you for this podcast. I feel like you were speaking directly to me. I drank the whole 30 kool-aid so hard and was so entrenched in the good/bad, yes/no food list. It did re-teach me to build a better plate and be more mindful about my ingredients, what and how much I am eating which I am grateful for. However, I never felt like I achieved “Food Freedom” and I hated myself for it. I have done 5 Whole 30’s and have felt like a failure for not reaching the food freedom. Honestly, I did not listen to your podcast until now, but I am officially subscribed. Thank you. I really needed this. I look forward to our future.”
