Dana is super informative and funny. She presents information in a logical way that makes sense, even if you aren’t a big nutrition buff. She has on great guests. I love her views on all things health related and I have a ton of respect for her opinion.

Dana is remarkably well-spoken and eloquent, and the content is just fab. I’ve never done a Whole30 and don’t plan to, but I still find her podcast extremely informative and entertaining. I’ve been so impressed by her and will definitely keep listening!!
