Full of ED triggers!!
As the time of this review, there have been 53 episodes released and Dana has stated that she is beginning to talk more about eating disorders and intuitive eating. I imagine she will become more sensitive about these things as time progresses. However, if you have an eating disorder, engage in disordered eating behaviors, or are considering eating intuitively, avoid this podcast because it is FULL of triggers. Dana says she is a dietician that works with patients with eating disorders, yet she talks about losing weight, “amazing bodies,” shames “bad” food, and talks non-stop about CrossFit. Her blog is still full of Whole30 and Paleo recipes, which can be triggering for people with orthorexia. This is NOT an anti-diet podcast.

She, in the first podcast, explains that she is going to use language and warns for it so if you don’t want to have language around little ears, don’t listen. It also has an explicit symbol so use judgment. Otherwise, it’s...Read full review »
