Fat overall gets a bad reputation, especially visceral fat that is known to increase the risk for health problems like diabetes and cardiovascular disease. But what if all fat isn’t actually harmful, but beneficial for you? And what if you were able to shrink your "bad" fat and increase more of your "good" fat? On this episode, I share the differences between the two main types of fat in our body and what we can do to increase the better forms of fat.
