Very informative
I learned about Daniel Vitalis when he was a guest on some other podcasts I regularly listen to; Chris Ryan's Tangentially Speaking and Dave Asprey's Bulletproof Executive. I enjoy the podcast but one of the recent guests, Nora Gedgaudas came off as being very dismissive and arrogant. At one point when discussing eating what is in seasn, Nora said that seasons are now irrelevant since Americans live in climate controlled environments. Yes, this is true but starting small by focusing on eating what is in season is a wonderful first step in getting back in touch with nature. I thought she came off as being very judgemental to how most people live life without giving any suggestions on how to change your life. She has a very us vs them mentality. Hopeufully the otehr guests will be more informative instead of simply lecturing how everyone is dumb and doomed.Read full review »
