Caters to historical stereotypes
I loved the idea of connecting history to subtle nuances of history that they used. I listened to the butter and the protestant reformation episode. They hit up every stereotype of that era Which was sad as it portrayed the facts as far from accurate. Listening to ruses two discuss theological points was a bit of a joke. They missed the major aspects of Luther’s 95 thesis which I suppose if they are going to make a podcast on a Theological event they should know the inns and outs of the issue. Perhaps the other episodes are better but I’m personally unwilling to give them a try.
