Mr
A very entertaining listen. Moves along at a good clip but every episode is bursting with anecdotes and opinion. The presenters have a deep love of music and give praise when it's due but can be at their most fun when getting their claws out or reading their colleagues' biting comments.Read full review »

Not only a delightful half hour or so spent on an otherwise dreary tube journey into uni, but as a student it is easy to see that this is a hugely useful academic resource. Fascinating snippets of cultural history delivered with jocularity and aplomb. Keep up the good work, boys!

this is the real school of rock, albeit an authoritative and entertaining one; the best antidote against top 40 emptiness and parrot dj’s; plus you get it all for the great discounted price of... zilch! long live these boomers : )

A fantastic podcast apart from the appalling False Laughter which seems to happen after every sentence. Its bizarre that after editing or even playing back to themselves that this carries on every show.
