If you want something done right, do it yourself
The old expression couldn't be more apt for Ross Tucker. He pushed his old employer to have more than one offseason podcast and got two; on his own he's doing three. His pulled Adam Shefter on as his Thursday sidekick a couple seasons ago and I'm pretty sure ESPN didn't like that so he didn't return last season. Now on his own, Ross pulls in Adam. And Ross still has Andrew Brandt on regularly. I think Ross is doing fantastic. ESPN has destroyed every podcast I like (the college football podcast with Ivan Meisel somehow has been left standing but who knows for how long) and Ross should be applauded. He said we'd have three podcasts a week and when a holiday weekend would convenient allow for him to miss one nobody would've blamed him. But he still put out three that week. Ross had offseason podcast while ESPN was silent and even tried to pass off their draft podcast as their Football Today; Ross had a recap on Friday! And on top off all of that, the insight and commentary are fantastic. This is why you back an entrepreneur. Since Ross has done such a great job I need to find a similar hockey and baseball podcast to enjoy. Hopefully Ross can make a go of this for a long time. Good luck to Ross and every football fan should subscribe to this podcast. ---- The podcast keeps it going. I still love it and look forward to the playoffs and offseason. Ross doesn't take himself too seriously and brings in great guests. - - - - 8/4/2020 - the show continues on, I’ve been listening since the beginning and still enjoy it. Ross doesn’t stick to the most popular teams and spreads out the updates to all the NFL teams, which as a Lions fan, I appreciate. Now with a Patreon, I can contribute a little bit to help out the little engine that could.Read full review »

Great to have Ross back. ESPN made a big mistake to let him go.

Ross Tucker is probably the smartest football analyst around. More importantly he's funny and incredibly honest about how the league really works behind the scenes. Best football podcast available, and probably the only one I'll subscribe to and listen to on a regular basis. ESPN was...Read full review »
