A great 10 minute podcast from great coaches who answer any running questions you might have. They cover a wide range of subjects from diet to cadence to your shoes. It's a great way to get some real answers for anything running related. I look forward to hearing every episode. And since their only aobut ten minutes each, they get straight to the question, and answer them. I would recommend this podcast for any runner elite or novice (like myself). This is a great new podcast that provides a good amount of information in a short time. Some interview podcasts are perhaps interesting, but a little short on content.
