Love the bite sized "in and out" daily doses. Topics seem to be taken from questions sent in by runners and this keeps the answers and information relevant to what most of us want to know. They manage to pack in a lot of helpful information and suggestions into a very short timespan, which is also nice, because it's actually useful and informative. I subscribed after the first one. I loved the podcast on assesssing the level of fatigue runners should expect. I appreciate the detailed pracitical tips about gauging that elusive line between under and over training. The specific physical guidelines can help eliminate the mind games that plague us all!
