A big help
Love the format and approach. I am someone who recently came to enjoy running, post-50. Running is a learning process for me. This podcast has been a source of numerous practical tips that I’ve been able to implement, with good results, e.g. I am doing much better engaging glutes and hamstrings, and reading marathon prep resources discussed on the show. I appreciate hearing about “enjoying the journey” while training, balancing life with running and working to improve while keeping things in perspective. I also enjoy the down to earth chat.
