Tommy is engaging, intelligent and compassionate, and his podcast is already helping me make more sense of my own struggles with mental health. I’m hopeful that this podcast gains traction and is able to help others through their own various mental illnesses and clear up confusion between the worlds of religion and psychology

I love this! So often, well meaning Catholics use prayer and faith or the lack of as reasons for mental illness. As a faithful Catholic who struggles with anxiety and depression, I love how Tommy takes our faith and the lives of the saints to look at mental health. Great podcast, highly recommend!!

I applaud the host for his intentions to bring awareness to the mental health issues. I listened to him since the very beginning. Unfortunately I have to disagree with his Catholic Theology. Tommy Tighe helps flesh out the idea that God and the Church calls us to greater spiritual, mental and physical health. I especially love that he helps sort out what may be mental suffering from what is willful behavior. A grounded, funny and merciful voice! Thanks Tommy!
