Being Myself
Relistened to Dairyu Michael Wenger Falling Down and Getting up. It's great for centering, strengthening and awakening all those parts of one that sometimes get weak or fall apart. If you are feeling lost or saddened by events its terrific. I find for me its as if someone pressed my reset button. Its like the pathway back to self, stripped away of all the concepts that mind/ego can put on events. If you are facing a challenge, a falling away of a situation or struggling with the duality of mind or a relationship I highly recommend it. Loads of stuff on these podcasts which will help bring harmony to all who listen I guess.Read full review »
