I found this episode very informative and it made it easy to understand many different aspects of getting mental health care and what it entails. They spoke a lot about how different professionals help with different things and the difference between specialist and how important getting help is and how it should be encouraged and if you aren’t someone who needs help it talks about how you can get certified to help and be someone people can go to and how important it is to have specialist and the impact they make.
